ANGKIE YUDISTIA : HAVING DISABILITY IS NOT LIMITATION TO DO ANYTHING

JAKARTA, slametpra.blogspot.com -- Angkie Yudistia, is a deaf girl since the age of 10 years, but it did not make her surrender through life. Although it is so hard for common people, she was able to complete his education in public schools since elementary school to high school.

Practically, the disability of Angkie raises a lot of problems while studying in elementary to high school. Not infrequently she claimed often receive insults and humiliation. When it was, shame indeed make Angkie cover herself as deaf.

Angkie then completed his studies in the advertising department at the London School of Public Relations (LSPR), Jakarta, and graduated with a 3.5 grade point average. On the same campus, Angkie even has got a master degree after graduating from the field of marketing communications through an accelerated program.

During college, Angkie was always active in various activities. She was a finalist Abang None represent West Jakarta in 2008. She also successfully elected as Cosmopolitan The Most Fearless Female of 2008, as well as Miss Congeniality of Natur-e, as well as various other achievements. The youngest of the two brothers had also a career as a publicist in various companies. Various achievements and enthusiasm that is what ultimately makes Angkie moved to motivate people with other disabilities.

Angkie started to get involved with social activities while joining Sehijara Deaf Foundation in 2009. Since then until now, it was often a speaker and a delegate of Indonesia in various international activities in foreign countries relating to disabled people.

At the age of just 25 years, Angkie has become founder and CEO (chief executive officer) Thisable Enterprise. The company she founded with her partner that focus on social mission, particularly to help people who have physical limitations aka disabilities (Ability Different People).

"Behind the limitations must be a surplus. Although I am limited heard, does not mean necessarily limited to do anything. I want to show all the limits must be penetrated, because every problem there is a way out, "She said, smiling.

Concern owner 170cm tall and weighs 53kg it was continued with the launch of a book entitled 'Invaluable Experience to Pursue Dream' (Women Deaf Penetrating limit) the end of 2011. Life experiences and thoughts poured through her work.
